Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WonderSnap (the "Service"), provided by Wonder Group SIA, Jāņa Ziemeļnieka iela 5, Valmiera, Valmieras nov., LV-4202, Latvia ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

WonderSnap turns photos of items you sell into draft eBay listings. AI models analyse your photos and propose a title, description, category, item specifics and condition; optional processing replaces photo backgrounds with white. You review and edit every draft and decide whether to publish it to your own eBay seller account.

2. Your responsibility for listings

• AI output can be wrong. You must check every listing before publishing — including brand, size, condition, materials, authenticity and price.
• You are the seller of record on eBay. You are responsible for your listings, items, sales, shipping, returns, taxes and compliance with eBay's policies and the law.
• You must only list items you are allowed to sell, and only upload photos you own or have the right to use.
• Edited photos (e.g. white backgrounds) must still represent the actual item accurately. You can always switch back to the original photo.

3. Accounts and eBay connection

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Account admins can invite team members and are responsible for their use of the account. Connecting eBay gives us permission to create and manage listings and read order information on your behalf; you can disconnect at any time in Settings. We are not affiliated with eBay Inc.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Plans include a number of listings per billing period (Free: 10 per month; paid plans as shown on the pricing page). A listing is counted when a capture is sent to AI. Unused listings do not roll over.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies (we are a Latvian VAT payer, LV40203261853). Business customers in the EU can enter a VAT ID for reverse charge.
• New paid subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial, once per account. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If a payment fails, your plan stays active for 7 days while we retry; after that the account moves to the Free plan until payment succeeds.
• The Business plan is subject to fair use. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service — including uploading illegal or infringing content, listing prohibited or counterfeit items, attempting to access other accounts, overloading or reverse-engineering the Service, or circumventing usage limits. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and listing content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them (including to our AI and eBay integrations) solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. eBay, AI providers and other third parties may change or interrupt their services, which can affect features. We may improve or change the Service and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or sales, or for listing content you published. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Listings already live on eBay remain on eBay and are managed there.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence. Consumers in Latvia can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv); consumers elsewhere in the EU can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
