Refund Policy

Free plan and trial

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial (once per account) — cancel before it ends in Settings → Billing and you are never charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

• If you were charged by mistake (e.g. a duplicate charge), we refund it in full.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and used fewer than 10 listings in that period, we refund that charge in full on request.
• Otherwise payments for the current period are non-refundable, as listing credits are delivered immediately.
• Plan changes take effect immediately. An upgrade is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period; a downgrade is credited pro rata against your next invoice.

EU/UK consumers: where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that the right expires once the service has been fully provided; partial use is deducted proportionally.

Email support@wondertools.app from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
